Luis

Luis has an impressive background that includes teaching at the University of Minnesota. He has been consulting for BenchmarkQA since late 2010.
Luis has built Requirement Test Matrixes, Test Cases and Test Suites for BenchmarkQA clients, and utilized Java and C# in the context of automated testing.
He programs in C++ and FORTRAN, in both Linux and Windows platforms.
Luis has experience with Excel and scientific computing software, such as Matlab and Mathematica.
Luis is fluent in both English and Spanish, and reads and understands French, Italian and Portuguese.

Catherine

Catherine has been consulting with BenchmarkQA since early 2011.
Catherine is a Lead QA Test Analyst with extensive database verification experience. She has QA experience with all phases of the SDLC including writing and executing test plans and test cases, working with the business to gather and clarify requirements, writing queries and documentation, assigning tasks and providing estimates.
Catherine has experience managing teams, screening resumes, conducting interviews, providing metrics and training.

Rita

Rita has been a Software Quality Assurance professional for 18+ years and has been consulting with BenchmarkQA since early 2011.
Rita has worked in a variety of industries including B2B ecommerce, title insurance, financial services, medical devices, hospitality, direct marketing, talent management and software development.
She is proficient in resource management, SQA project management, process improvement, team building, mentoring and providing work direction.
Rita's experience allows her to prioritize the management of the critical path across multiple projects.
She is an energetic team player who uses a proactive common sense approach to ensure software quality assurance throughout the software development life cycle, especially in a rapidly changing environment.
Rita has worked with methodologies such as Six Sigma and RUP.
