Jim Caldwell is an executive consultant for local information technology companies. He has over 30 years in the technology industry in both technical roles and senior management positions. He serves on the board of directors for two local companies: Comtrol, a data communications equipment manufacturer and distributor; and MetaFarms, a leader in enterprise management software (ERP) for animal agribusiness. Mr. Caldwell is one of the founders of Fourth Shift Corporation. He played a major role in raising the initial $10M venture capital and taking the organization public on NASDAQ. He also spent 20 years with Control Data corporation in a variety of executive management positions.
James Clark is the founder of Interim CIOs, offering interim chief information officer (CIO) services and strategic planning services to clients focused on aligning IT activities with business objectives. Mr. Clark was CIO and director of consulting services at rClient, LLC, and CIO for cranespharmacy.com. He has also held a number of senior management positions at United Healthcare.
Bob Keseley is an IBM vice president and Global Services partner. He leads IBM’s Application Innovation Services (AIS) line, a $150M business within IBM Global Services. AIS’s primary market charter is custom solution development and application maintenance services for the retail, travel, CPG and life science industries. During his impressive career with IBM, Mr. Keseley has held various leadership positions including Global Services Global Practice Leader for Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and U.S. Delivery Executive, responsible for U.S. service delivery strategy, design and process implementation.
Bruno Silikowski has extensive experience in the execution of large scale corporate change. He is a skilled implementer of best practices focusing on the integrated supply chain in the consumer products and industrial products industry segments. Some of the companies he has worked with are: Andersen Consulting, General Motors, Caterpillar and Polaris. Semi-retired from his corporate roles, Mr. Silikowski is a managing partner in Autobahn MotorPlex LLC and founder of Buckeye Investments LLC, both of which focus on the development of motor sports facilities and clubs.
Rick Strahl is the vice president of business development at Quality System Integrators (QSI), a Minneapolis-based project management, business analysis and application development staffing company. He is expanding QSI’s staffing business to include strategic business planning as well as onsite and offsite subscription services for application development, maintenance and support. Prior to QSI, Mr. Strahl spent 17 years in various leadership positions with 3M, where he eventually had global responsibility for IT strategies in manufacturing and product development.
